AC Power Company installs the LaundryCard™ system in new or refurbished Laundromats, and can even retrofit an existing laundry. LaundryCard™ is a coin replacement system for Coin-Op Laundromats. In a LaundryCard™ store all of the laundry equipment is outfitted with card readers and kiosks (called X-Changers) are installed that dispense 'debit cards' that customers can add value to and start machines. The system maintains the customers card balance and allows them to revalue their card with either cash or a credit card.

Each cabinet is then looped through a Card-Reader that is installed into the front of each machine, or even the front and bathroom doors.

Once a card is swiped in a machine, the machine starts and a specified balance is removed. Once installed this system is easy to maintain, and affords a store owner a wide range of benefits including:
