Our Sales department will assist you in
finding a location for your laundry using demographic research and knowledge
based on decades of experience. We will not recommend a location if we
do not believe it will create substantial returns.
We will help in the acquisition of the
location through either lease or purchase
Once a Location has been found
If a building requires renovation or
substantial adjustments must be made in order to accommodate a Laundromat AC
Power has skilled sub contractors and associate companies who specialize in
electric, plumbing, cement, dry wall, tile, paving and many other trades
that we can recommend and/or employ at our disposal.
Equipment
An ACP representative will measure the
interior of a location and cross-reference the area with demographic and
population reports to determine what amount and mixture of equipment will
best satisfy the needs of an area and maximize profits for the laundry
owner.
A trained ACP computer technician will
then make a computerized drawing of the location and arrange the equipment
within the store in a manner that best accommodates Plumbing, Electrical and
Ventilation needs, but also maintains standards for isle width, folding and
seating areas, handicap accessibility, and vending space.
Financing
Once the appropriate amount of equipment
has been determined for a given location, ACP will assist in getting the
customer financed if necessary through
Trinity Capital Financing.
Equipment Purchase and Installation
At this point the ACP Salesman will order
the appropriate equipment and either have it shipped directly to the
location, or shipped to our warehouse to be stored until the location is
ready.
Once the location is ready the salesman
will notify our skilled installation department and coordinate a date and
time for the equipment to be installed.
The salesman will oversee the
installation process.
Store Start-up and Opening
Once the equipment has been installed and
all plumbing, electrical, and ventilation connections have been completed
the ACP Salesman will schedule a Start-Up date, usually a week or more
before an owners scheduled Opening.
At this time the ACP service and
installation departments will visit the store and test run each machine
individually to ensure that each machine is running properly and that all
aspects of the installation were completed adequately.
Once a store's start-up has been
completed the owner is cleared to Open.
Existing Laundry
Equipment Assessment
In an existing or recently purchased
laundry a salesman can assess the quality of the current machines and offer
a recommendation as to whether replacing machinery or a full restoration
would be the best course of action for an owner.
Equipment Options
If new equipment is necessary the ACP rep
will make recommendations as to what size and type of machines would a) fit
in the areas where old machines are to be removed, and b) most effectively
correspond with the needs of the laundry.
